Music and politics have some common ground as well. There are several points where the two face off against each other. The most obvious among these are politics and music. Whether it is Bach Beethoven, or another famous composer or artist, all forms of music share similar interests. Another point of attraction between the two is that many will cite that both of them derive their inspiration from another field. This goes back to the fact that no one can deny the influence of music on the modern world. Many may cite the immense popularity of Rock and Roll as an example of this influence. Nowadays, more people would consider themselves to be music lovers because of this. Politics and music have also been viewed as brothers by some. One example is that, early on, many states would make laws banning music. Though these laws were eventually overruled by the music industry, at the time, this was seen as a mistake. If they win the hearts of many people through their music or political groups, it may earn them more votes in election time. When it comes to politics, music can be used to influence public opinion, and influence the way people view politics. Music can influence both the positive and negative things in society. Both men and women alike can use music to either sway public opinion in a certain direction, or to a certain extreme. Music and politics share a common ground because music inspires individuals.
